Subject The CME TSQO0038 Commbridge Is Currently Not Available. If You Receive A "629" Error Message During Logon - Switch to "QP" Commbridge.

The CME TSQO0038 commbridge is currently not available. If after logging on you get a "629" error message, you should switch to the TSQP0038 commbridge. To make this change, execute the following steps:

  1. Close the 629 error message screen by clicking-on OK.
  2. In the C21 Client Manager window, note your Default Server.
  3. In the window below, select (click-on) the TSQP0038 server name, then click-on Server on the menu bar. A drop down list will display.
  4. Select "Make Default."
  5. Click-on Server on the menu bar again, and then select "Logon".
  6. Logon to this "QP" server, with your User ID and Password. You should connect to C21.
  7. After completing your transactions, when you logoff you will be prompted to save this server name change. Select OK (yes).
